I've had these beans since January 2021 so they're getting a little long in the tooth but they should still be fresh enough for roasting.
Dose: 2x 80g
Today's test was to put preheat the machine for a couple of minutes while I set up, dump the green beans in and then agitate with a chopstick until they shed enough mass to start being agitated by the airflow.
At the top of every minute I'd stop the fan and aggressively stir with the chopstick for 15 seconds before turning it back on.
First crack occurred around 3:30 and I dumped them to a collander at 5:00 to cool in front of a fan first and then in the freezer for a few minutes to really get the point across.
